Our Data Philosophy: Clean Hands, Clean Home
At neatspaceo, we view your privacy with the same meticulous attention we apply to your living space. We operate on a strict "need-to-know" basis. Your personal information is a tool to facilitate exceptional service, not a commodity to be traded. We collect only the essentials required to dispatch our team to the correct address and ensure your home is cared for according to your specific instructions.
This policy outlines the precise boundaries of that relationship. No vague language, no hidden clauses. If you have questions about how we handle your data, our administrative team in the 8th Arrondissement is available during standard business hours to provide clarity.
We never store payment credentials on our servers.
The Information We Keep
We maintain a minimal ledger of information necessary for operations. This falls into three distinct categories: Identity (Name, Email, Phone), Access (Address, Entry Instructions, Alarm Codes), and Preference (Cleaning frequency, Product sensitivities).
For corporate clients in the business district, we also maintain billing details and specific access permissions for office managers. All digital records are encrypted at rest. Physical notes left by our cleaning crews are shredded immediately after the job is verified and completed.
We do not sell data. We share client addresses and entry details exclusively with our dispatched cleaning teams via a secure, time-limited mobile interface. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we retain only a transaction ID, not your card details.
Your Control
Under GDPR and French Data Protection Act, you possess absolute rights over your information. We view these not as legal obligations, but as fundamental service standards.
Request a complete export of every piece of data we hold associated with your email address. We provide this in a standard machine-readable format.
Changed your apartment code or phone number? We can update your active profile immediately to ensure our teams have the correct access instructions.
If you have not booked a service in over 18 months, or upon specific request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our active and backup systems.
