Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. "No-shows" or denying access to the property upon arrival will be charged the full service amount.

neatspaceo acts as a service facilitator. While we carry comprehensive liability insurance, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural damages, unstable items, or sentimental objects not secured prior to our team's arrival. We recommend securing valuables and informing us of fragile items.
Access Constraints
Clients are responsible for ensuring legal access to the property during booked hours. In older Parisian buildings with elevator restrictions, additional fees may apply for stair carries or specific time-window constraints (e.g., lunch hours).
Client Advisory: Common Oversights
To ensure a smooth service delivery, please review these common misunderstandings regarding our Terms.
Assuming "Deep Clean" covers hoarding situations
Our Deep Clean service is intensive but assumes the home is accessible and decluttered. Excessive clutter requires a specialized "Heavy Reset" service, which is billed separately and must be booked via consultation.
Missing keys/access codes
If our team cannot access the premises due to missing keys or invalid codes, a call-out fee of 50% of the service rate applies. This covers travel time within the Paris center.
Expecting mold remediation
We clean surface mildew, but we are not licensed mold remediation specialists. Large-scale mold issues require professional medical remediation, and we will decline the job to ensure safety.
